To show the language bar on Task Bar

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then
2. double-click Regional and Language Options.
3. Click change Keyboards
4. Click on “Language Bar”
5. Check “Docked in the task bar”
6. On the Languages tab, under Text services and input languages, click
   Details.
7. Under Preferences, click Language Bar.
8. Select the Show the Language bar on the desktop check box.
